Prof. Dr. Srđan Đurđević spent 32 years at the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics in Novi Sad. He was elected full professor at the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad in 2011. He directed his professional, scientific and pedagogical work in the direction of gynecological oncology and gynecological urology. On several occasions, he attended professional training in reference institutions in London, Budapest, Graz, Leipzig, Prague, Maidstone. He published 153 professional and scientific works – in 87 as the first author. He is the editor of a large number of textbooks, monograph and practicum for medical students. He participated in the development of 2 National Guides of Good Clinical Practice of the Republic of Serbia, he is a member of the European (ESGO) and Serbian (UGOS) Associations for Gynecological Oncology. In the course of 2020, he established a permanent working relationship with the Special Gynecological Hospital „Genezis“ in Novi Sad, OB „Dr. Radivoj Simonović“ in Sombor and the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of the Privredna Academy in Novi Sad.
