Sanja Petrović Pajić
Dr. Sanja Petrovic Pajic completed her medical and master’s degree at the University of Belgrade in Serbia. She received her Ophthalmology residency training in Serbia, where she finished her training summa cum laude in 2015. She completed her fellowship in vitreoretinal and cataract surgery at the Eye Clinic, University Medical Centre Ljubljana where she also started PhD research in Leber Hereditary Optic Neuropathy. In 2023 she obtained her PhD degree at Medical Faculty, University of Belgrade. She is currently employed at the Clinic for eye diseases, University Clinical Centre of Serbia as an ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal and cataract surgeon. She has been part of the team for ultrasound in ophthalmology since 2015. Also, since 2023 she has been employed at Medical Faculty, University of Belgrade, as teaching assistant.
