*To be eligible for the PhD + Resident and Students registration fee, need to send proof of current status; specialization, doctoral studies or proof of active academic studies proof will need to be sent to the Congress Secretariat at office@secho.org
** To be eligible, need to confirm status with the proof/confirmation issued by the institution where employed

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- To request a Congress registration cancellation, please contact us at office@secho.org
- For Congress registration cancellations made until 13th November 2025, a 50% refund is applicable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations from 14th November 2025.
