II Description of offered services and prices
ARIA.ONE DOO is the organizer of the 2nd Regional SECHO Ultrasound Congress which will be held from 11th to 13th December 2025. in Belgrade.
The association is obliged to accurately display the description of the products and/or services they offer in RSD on the e-commerce site.

Note: To be eligible for the PhD student and registration fee, the active academic studies proof will need to be sent to the Congress Secretariat at office@secho.org
Registration fees include:
- Access to all Scientific Sessions and Industry Exhibition
- Congress Documents (Printed + Digital)
- Access to Abstract Session and E-abstract book
- Coffee and lunch breaks
- Certificate of Attendance
III Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- To request a Congress registration cancellation, please contact us at office@secho.org
- For Congress registration cancellations made until 10th November 2025, a 50% refund is applicable.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 10th November 2025.
IV Statement of Conversion
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.
V Method of payment
ARIA.ONE DOO is liable for VAT.
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- Via electronic trade with a credit card (Master, Visa…)
- Via invoice via bank transfer for individuals via e-mail – To receive an invoice, please submit your Identification information to the e-mail address office@secho.org.
- Identification information should include first name, last name, address, city and country.
- Via invoice via bank transfer for legal entities via e-mail – To receive an invoice, please provide your company identification information to the e-mail address office@secho.org. Identification information should include company name, registration number, company number, city, country and phone number.

VII Delivery of goods and restrictions
2nd Regional SECHO Ultrasound Congress which will be held from 11th to 13th December 2025. in Belgrade, where participants with a registration fee will be able to participate in the Congress program itself.
VIII User privacy protection
On behalf of ARIA.ONE DOO and 2nd Regional SECHO Ultrasound Congress, we are committed to preserving the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary basic customer information and data required for business and user information in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers choices, including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/consumer information is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need it to perform their work. All employees and business partners from ARIA. ONE DOO are responsible for adhering to the principles of the privacy policy.
IX Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential data is transmitted via a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor ChipCard a.d. Belgrade, and the complete payment process is carried out on the ChipCard website. At no time are payment card details available to our system.
X Refunds
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, ARIA.ONE DOO is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro methods payments.
